We have just agreed to the terms by which Grow Smarter, Inc, will enhance and market Premiere Viticultural’s “PremiereVision” application. Under the terms of this agreement, Grow Smarter has begun to commercialize the vineyard management platform on a worldwide basis. Premiere will continue to provide viticultural consulting and market PremiereVision to its existing and new customers in Napa and Sonoma counties.
